Joint Health and Social Care Learning Disability Self Assessment is also known as a Learning Disability SAF.
NHS England and the Association of Directors of Social Services (ADASS) think it is important to check how health and support services are working for people with learning disabilities.
There have been 2 Joint Health and Social Care assessments. Last year a family carer and a self advocate went to talk to the Health and Wellbeing Board about what the last self assessment found.
This year there is not as much to do. We will need to write a plan about how we will make services better in February.
