Health staff and service providers are invited to a free event about cancer screening on Wednesday 3rd May 2017.
The event is called, Breaking down barriers in access to screening for people with a learning disability.
Some of the topic covered are understanding mental capacity, consent and reasonable adjustments. There will be Information stands along with an inflatable breast and colon, which are educational tools aimed to raising awareness.
