Hate Incident Monitoring Form

A Hate Incident is something bad that has happened to you or someone else because you are different.  No one should have to put up with a Hate Incident, it is wrong and telling someone will make a difference.

Keep Safe Card

A Keep Safe Card is a card that people with Learning Disabilities can carry on them when they are  out and about.  The card has important information about that person to keep them safe.

Changing Places Toilets

These are toilets that have room and facilities to provide full personal care for people with complex learning disabilities and physical disabilities.  These toilets also include and hoist and a changing bed.
